Why this

Building a SaaS product is more than a nice interface with a Stripe button. It is multi-tenancy, billing, trial periods, team accounts, role management, audit logs, integrations, support flows and infrastructure that grows with you.

I build SaaS products where those foundations are right from day one. Whether you are launching a new product or taking over an existing platform: the base has to be solid, otherwise you rebuild it within a year.

This is the track with the most thinking in it: not only what has to be built, but which choices you make now that save you years of work later. Every platform is different, so the price comes out of Discovery.

Who it is for
  • Founders who want to launch a new SaaS product
  • Existing companies with a platform that has become too complex
  • Teams that want to lift an internal tool to product level

Every SaaS platform has a screen the team steers by. Change the period and hover over a bar. In reality this data comes out of your own database.

How I work

What the track
looks like.

  1. Discovery

Which problem do you solve, for whom, how do you make money. 30% of the scope often falls away here.

  2. Architecture

Multi-tenancy, data model, infrastructure. Every choice is documented so you know why something is built the way it is.

  3. Iterative build

Two-week cycles with a demo. You use the product before it is 'finished'.

  4. Launch & support

Soft launch with early users, fast iterations on their feedback, ongoing development if you want it.

Questions

Frequently asked questions
about saas products.

Why is there no price here?
Because no two platforms are the same and a number without a scope says nothing. After a short call you get an indication, and Discovery produces a fixed price I hold myself to.
What is multi-tenancy exactly?
It means multiple customers (companies) have their own isolated data inside one application. Crucial for SaaS: you cannot have customer A seeing customer B's data.
Does Stripe work for the European market?
Yes. iDEAL, SEPA, credit card, all common payment methods supported. VAT is handled correctly and automatically.
What if I want to switch to another team later?
All code in your GitHub, written in standard frameworks, documented. No lock-in.
