01 · Problem
What the client ran into
Someone who starts hears the same story the colleague next to them heard last month. Every time that costs a day of the person who should be doing the actual work, and what gets told differs each round. Loose videos in a folder do not fix it: nobody knows who has watched what.
02 · Approach
How I built it
- Videos behind a login, grouped per department, with permissions per department
- Progress per employee: started, percentage watched, completed
- A test after each track, with a certificate as proof it was seen and understood
- A trial lesson without an account, so a visitor experiences the platform before enquiring
- Own domain and branding, so it feels like the company's own environment

What it delivered
- ✓Onboarding costs one recording instead of a day of explaining per new hire
- ✓In black and white who completed which track, instead of 'they will have seen it'
- ✓New hires set their own pace and rewatch whatever they have forgotten
