01 · Problem
What the client ran into
An install company draws the floor plan in one program, writes the quote in a second, keeps the bill of materials in a spreadsheet and tracks maintenance by email. Every step means typing the same equipment again, and after handover nobody knows which device hangs where.
02 · Approach
How I built it
- A floor-plan editor where equipment, cabling and coverage are drawn to scale
- Quote and bill of materials straight off the drawing, with margin updating as you go
- An interactive offer the client signs online, instead of a PDF over email
- Straight on to operations after handover: device credentials, tasks, planning and support tickets
- An AI assistant that points out on the plan what has not been quoted yet

What it delivered
- ✓One entry for the whole job: presales to maintenance, no re-keying
- ✓Wiring faults surface on screen instead of on site
- ✓My own product, EU-hosted, that I use in my own AV company every day
