Stuck with
vibecoding.
You vibecoded something together yourself with Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit or Cursor. The first screens were there in an afternoon. And now it is stuck on logins, payments, permissions or data going missing. That is not a stupid mistake: that is exactly where these tools stop.
In half a minute I show what almost always sits below the waterline in a project like this: everyone can reach all the data, payments that only work in the demo, and an environment that does not run outside the tool.
Recognise it? Send your link. The first opinion costs you nothing.
Where it almost always goes wrong.
Logins and permissions
Everyone can reach everything, or you cannot get it working with real users. Roles, permissions and sessions are the first thing that breaks once there is more than one user.
Payments and subscriptions
Sticking a Stripe button on works. Trials, proration, failed direct debits and invoices that match your bookkeeping are another story.
Data that does not add up
The data model grew along with the prompts. Duplicate records, fields nobody dares change, and not a single migration you can roll back.
Every change breaks something
You ask for one adjustment and three other screens break. Without tests and without structure, every prompt becomes a gamble.
Nobody knows what is there
Thousands of lines of generated code without documentation. You cannot hand it over and you cannot estimate what finishing it costs.
It cannot go live
Keys in the front end, no backups, no row-level security. Works fine in a demo, not with customer data in it.
Look first, build after.
You send me what is there
A repository, an export or simply a link to the environment. I look at the data model, the authentication and the structure. That first verdict costs you nothing.
An honest answer within a few days
Build on or start over. Sometimes 70% is usable and the problem sits in one layer; sometimes starting over is cheaper than working out what was generated. I tell you which of the two it is, even when that means you need to buy nothing from me.
Fixed price for finishing it
You get a scope and a fixed number. No hourly billing on a codebase nobody knows the bottom of.
Finish and hand over
Logins, permissions, payments and the data model get put in place properly. You get the code in your own GitHub, with documentation another developer can carry on with.
- ✓An honest verdict on what is there
- ✓Insight into what finishing it realistically costs
- ✓An application that may go live with real customer data
- ✓Code and hosting in your name
- ✓30 days of support after delivery
The first opinion costs you nothing: send me the repository or a link and I will tell you honestly whether building on beats starting over.
Can you take over a project from Lovable, Bolt, v0 or Replit?
What does having it looked at cost?
Is starting over not always a developer's answer?
What does finishing it cost on average?
Can I carry on in my AI tool afterwards?
Tell me what you
want to build.
A half-hour call. You get an honest answer about what it costs, how long it takes and whether building it is smart at all.
Have your current site or tool scanned
You do not have to want to buy anything yet. Send what you have and I will tell you honestly what I would keep, what I would replace and whether that is worth the investment. Including when the answer is that you are better off doing nothing.
The scan is a first impression, not a security audit.
- 01Send a link to your site, your tool or your repository
- 02I look at speed, structure, data and security
- 03Usually within two working days you hear what I would replace and what that costs
