AI agency in Alphen aan den Rijn
AI for small businesses in
Alphen and the villages around it.
I work from Berkel en Rodenrijs, about a 35-minute drive from Alphen aan den Rijn. For companies in Alphen and the villages around it I build AI into the software they already work with: orders that fill themselves in, quotes ready to check, customer questions that get a first answer. No agency with layers in between; you speak to me, and I come to you.

Where things get stuck in an Alphen business.
Orders get retyped
A customer emails a list, sends a photo of a note or phones it in. At the office someone enters it line by line into the order screen.
Quotes take an evening
Looking up prices, pulling up the last quote for the same customer, adjusting the text. The work is almost the same every time and still done by hand.
The same customer question ten times a week
Delivery time, opening hours, whether something is in stock. The answers are somewhere in your system, but someone has to look them up each time.
ChatGPT on a personal phone
An employee pastes customer details into a free chat window to write an email faster. Handy, but nobody knows where that data ends up.
Unsure whether it fits your size
AI sounds like something for large companies with an IT department. For a business of five or twenty people the step feels big and vague.
No time to figure it out yourself
You can see it is possible, but between customers, staff and the books nobody gets round to working out how.
How we tackle it, on location.
I come and see how it works now
An hour at your shop or office, looking over the shoulder of whoever handles orders or quotes. That shows me where the time really goes.
One job with the most to gain
We pick the work that comes back most often and whose result you can check quickly. You get a fixed price for that.
Built into what you already have
The AI works in your own order screen, quoting system or website, with your own products and customers. When it is unsure, it puts the case to a person.
Through the first weeks together
I stay reachable and keep an eye on how it goes in practice. What does not work well gets fixed before we add anything new.
Three places where AI saves a local business hours
For most companies in and around Alphen it is not about a chatbot on the homepage. It is about the work behind the scenes that comes back every day. These are the three applications I start with most often.
If orders now arrive by email, read how processing orders from email automatically works. For calculations and proposals there is having a quoting system built, and for visitor questions adding AI to your website.
Orders
An order from an email, PDF or photo becomes a filled-in order with the right item numbers. You or a colleague approves it with one click.
Quotes
The AI prepares a draft based on the request and earlier quotes. Prices and discounts come from your own price list, not from the language model.
Customer questions
Questions via the website or email get an answer based on your own information. If the AI is not sure, the question goes to an employee.
Experience with how orders and stock move through a company
For a wholesaler I built an app where orders, stock and customers come together. There is no AI in it, but it showed me exactly where work piles up in such a company: taking over what a customer sends, and searching for what was agreed before.
I also run an AV company myself, and for that trade I built Avitly, software for AV and IT installers with an AI assistant inside. I use it every day. So I also know what it is like when the assistant gets something wrong, and why a check step is not a luxury.
- Experience with order flows at a wholesaler
- An AI product of my own in daily use
- Building inside existing software, not beside it
- Code that is yours once it is done
Coming by in Alphen aan den Rijn
From Berkel en Rodenrijs I reach central Alphen, Boskoop or any of the villages around them in about 35 minutes. A first meeting at your own table is therefore the default, not an extra. For AI it is simply more practical as well: I want to see which screen your colleague has open when an order comes in.
No decent website yet, or does it need redoing first? I do that too, see website development in Alphen aan den Rijn.

What you pay
The build is a fixed amount you hear before we start. Below are the ranges; where your job lands depends on the number of document or question types and on the systems the AI needs access to. More on how I build up prices is on pricing.
AI assistant in your existing software · € 2,950 to € 5,500
For example reading orders or preparing quotes in a system you already have. Three to six weeks.
AI on data from several systems · € 4,500 to € 8,500
When products, customers and orders sit in different packages and need connecting first.

Translated from the Dutch originals on Google.

I am Bas Voets. Since 2021 I have been building websites, client portals and business software for small and mid-sized companies, from Berkel en Rodenrijs in the Netherlands. From first call to launch you talk to me, not to an account manager.
Do you come by for a meeting?
Is my data safe?
What if the AI makes a mistake?
What does it cost per month on top of the build?
Is my business too small for AI?
Do you work outside the Alphen municipality too?
You don't have to take my word for it.
Three pieces that show up in most websites and applications, as working examples instead of screenshots. Click into them, they actually run.
Price calculator
Visitor drags the size, picks options and sees what it costs right away.
Multi-step request
The same questions, but in three steps with a check per step. This one gets finished.
Dashboard
The numbers you now paste together from three systems, on one screen with filters.
One hour of looking before any building.
In the AI scan we spend an hour together on one process in your business. Afterwards you get a short plan: what AI gains you there, what it costs and how long building takes. Free, and you are not committed to anything.
Tell me what you want to build.
A half-hour call. You get an honest answer about what it costs, how long it takes and whether building it is smart at all.
