AI agency for
Rotterdam.
For companies in and around Rotterdam that want to use AI in the work they do every day, not in a separate pilot. Webframer is a one-person agency: you talk to the developer who builds it. I also work out of Berkel en Rodenrijs, so sitting down at your office is no trouble.

Where Rotterdam companies get stuck with AI.
Orders by email, phone and WhatsApp
At a wholesaler or supplier the same order arrives three ways, and someone retypes it into the system.
Documents read by hand
Packing slips, purchase orders and freight papers arrive as PDF. The data is in there, but it has to come out by hand.
Knowledge that lives in one head
Which agreement applies to which client is known by one colleague. When they are out, it means searching old emails.
An advisory report, not a working system
There was a workshop and there is a roadmap. What is missing is someone who builds it into your software.
Everyone uses their own AI subscription
Client data goes into chat windows nobody has a view of. It works, until someone asks where that data went.
An agency you cannot get on the phone
An account manager, a project lead and a developer you never speak to. Every question goes back and forth three times.
How an AI project in Rotterdam runs.
Meeting at your office
The first conversation works best next to the system it is about. If it saves you time, we do it over video.
Pick one problem
The work that costs hours every week and whose result someone can check. The first application is built for that, at a fixed price.
Build inside your existing software
The AI goes into the system your team already works in and answers with your own data. Changes are proposals a person approves.
Live, metered and capped
Permissions per role, a daily limit on usage and a switch to turn it off. After that the next application follows once the first one works.
Choosing an agency that builds, not only advises
Most AI agencies sell a scan, a workshop and a report. That is useful when you do not yet know where to start, but it does not produce a working system. I do the other part: building the application into the software you already have, and handing it over with the code in your name.
What I am not: an agency of twenty people with its own AI platform. If you have a programme across several departments with training and change management, a larger party suits you better and I will say so. The full story on the approach is on AI integration for business.
- You speak to the developer directly
- Fixed price instead of hourly billing
- Repository and hosting in your name
- Switching AI model through a setting
Where AI saves time in a Rotterdam company
In trade, logistics and technical services the gain is rarely in something spectacular. It is in work done by hand today, that comes back often and whose result someone can judge in a few seconds.
If the data is spread over an ERP, a bookkeeping package and a webshop, the integrations come first. If clients need to see their own orders and documents, it belongs in a client portal.
Reading orders and requests
An order from email or PDF becomes a filled-in order. Someone checks and saves.
Searching your own data
What was delivered to this client last month, which quotes are open: a question in plain language instead of five screens.
Preparing quotes and replies
A draft with the right client, products and agreements. Calculation goes through a calculation function, not through the model.
Sorting messages
Incoming messages get a subject and an urgency and land with the right person.
What it costs and what happens to your data
The build is a fixed amount you hear up front, with a lead time of three to six weeks for an assistant in an existing application. Usage you pay directly to the model provider, capped with a daily limit. How pricing works is on pricing.
Your application and database run inside the EU by default and you get a data processing agreement. Only the question and the fetched data go to the provider you choose. If you want to see how it works first, there is an assistant to try on demos.

Translated from the Dutch originals on Google.

I am Bas Voets. Since 2021 I have been building websites, client portals and business software for small and mid-sized companies, from Hazerswoude-Dorp in the Netherlands. From first call to launch you talk to me, not to an account manager.
Do you come to Rotterdam?
Is Webframer an AI agency?
What does it cost to have an AI application built?
How long does it take?
Do you also work in Schiedam, Capelle or Barendrecht?
Do you also do advice only, or an AI scan?
Tell me what you want to build.
A half-hour call. You get an honest answer about what it costs, how long it takes and whether building it is smart at all.
